Notes
- a. From mid-1998 manufacturer recommends fully synthetic oils for intake/ambient temperature up to 60°C and discharge temperatures up to 140°C. Specification API SH/CF or higher, SAE 0W-40, 5W-40 or 10W-40, - minimum viscosity at 100°C, 13 cSt. Oxidation stability at temperatures to 110°C. Manufacturer lists tested products
- b. RO = DIN 51517 Part 1 Type C. CL or CLP oils also suitable. HD engine oil SAE 30 or 15W-40 may also be used.
- c. Alternative viscosity for oil temperature above 80°C; ISO VG 220 or HD engine oil SAE 50 may be used
